We are available for questions anytime and have a full-time maintenance staff to help with any needs during your stay.

Accurate, good location and comfortable
Looks like photos. It's not luxury but for the price and location it was mostly good. There was significant noise from the combination of dehumidifier, window/hotel-type A/C's and the room purifiers (bit of a humid, musty smell upon arrival). So if noise is an issue for you, I'd reconsider. The 4 locks on the door initially caused some concern, however, we found it to be in a quiet and safe area of Gainesville. Plenty of parking available. Wifi solid. Lots of places to walk to nearby and even a friendly cat that will visit you daily.
The unit is just off of Bivens Arm and has a view of the lake which is very pretty at sundown. The interior layout and decoration is great. Altogether a very comfortable place and I would return in future
