This 3rd floor condo (no elevator) is a one bedroom / one bathroom with a washer and dryer in unit. The couch in the living room turns into a full-size bed.

The building has parking underneath the building. Parking is first come first serve and does require a parking pass which we provide. There is a $50 fee if the parking pass is not left upon checkout.

Guests have the entire condo to themselves.
