Beautiful, historic building in downtown Gainesville. Complete with large bedroom with king bed, living room, dining room, and kitchen. Guests have access to the front porch and the beautiful Camellia Rose Inn grounds.

Guest have the entire apartment to themselves.- It can sleep 4 with a king bed and queen size air mattress. Please request an air mattress upon booking if you require one.
