Upon entering, there was a stale, unpleasant odour. The bed sheets did not seem clean. There were yellow stains on a pillowcase. The toilet connected with one of the bedrooms was malfunctioning. The pictures represent the property in better light. Host was responsive sending maintenance to repair the toilet and change the sheets. However, we expressly stated we would like prior confirmation before maintenance enters the property, which we did not receive. The property has nice layout and a parking space right in front of the door, which is very convenient.
We really enjoyed our stay! The beds were amazingly comfortable. Everything was clean and ready to use. The kitchen was fully prepared with dishes and appliances. Excellent directions for using the AC, getting in, etc. Very well-priced for the accommodations, especially going on a game weekend. Would stay again!
The hosts were very communicative and responded quickly. We were attending an event in Downtown Gainesville and the location was super convenient, in a quiet neighborhood and close to everything needed.
