The property is walking-distance to downtown Gainesville and is located in the quaint and quiet Bed and Breakfast district. Just 5 blocks to the restaurants and bars downtown.
The apartment features beautiful hardwood floors, AC and heat, wifi, fully furnished, lots of light and more!
The apartment has the original, beautiful heart of pine floors, gas fireplace, living room, kitchen and dining area. Located in the turret section of the beautiful Hodges House.
Guests have the entire apartment to themselves.
I have full-time maintenance on call and am available anytime for questions.
The neighborhood is full of beautiful historic homes and is just a few blocks from the historic Duckpond district.
