The bedroom has a queen bed. In addition we can provide a queen size air mattress to sleep a total of 4 people. At time of booking please let us know if you require an air mattress.*

The rental is for the entire condo. The complex does not allow dogs. All service dogs must be pre- approved by the HOA prior to your stay.

We have 24 hour maintenance staff for emergency maintenance.

The location is perfect for patients, travel nurses, and anyone else visiting Gainesville.
