The Owners

Blackadder Brewing was founded by Chris and Sissy Hart, who have been brewing beer for nearly two decades. Collectively, they have earned over 30 medals in home brew competitions throughout Florida and the US. Their professional accolades include a gold medal at the Best Florida Beer Professional 2019 Competition, followed by gold and silver medal wins in the 2020, 2023, and 2024 competitions.

Their passion for creating craft beer and sharing it with others led to the founding of Blackadder Brewing. They look forward to sharing their award-winning beers with the Gainesville community.
